Planning and running a trip is free for organizers. The only paid step is players joining a trip: each player can pay $4.99, or you can cover the group. Fairway never takes a cut of your trip money.

Season Pass vs Larger Season Pass
Both renew yearly, cover unlimited trips while active, and don't count the organizer as a seat. The only difference is size: $79 covers 12 named players and $99 covers 24. A player uses one seat no matter how many covered trips they join.
