These Terms of Service govern your use of Fairway Outing, a product of Valor Technology. By creating an account or using the website, mobile application, or related services, you agree to these terms.
Using Fairway Outing
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you add, the activity under your account, and keeping your login secure.
Trip information and invitations
Organizers control the trip details, rosters, scores, expenses, and invitations they create. Only share invite links with intended participants. You represent that you have the right to provide any content or participant information you submit.
Payments and settlement records
Fairway Outing may charge fees for access to product features. Any purchase terms shown at checkout apply to that purchase. Stripe processes card payments. Fairway Outing does not hold or transfer trip funds between participants; balances, Venmo handles, Cash App handles, and settlement boards are coordination records only.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
- access another person’s account or private trip without permission;
- interfere with the service, security controls, or other users; or
- copy, scrape, or resell the service except as permitted by law.
Service availability
We work to keep Fairway Outing available and accurate, but the service may occasionally be interrupted or changed. Golf scores, handicaps, balances, schedules, and other user-entered information should be independently confirmed when accuracy matters.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Valor Technology is not responsible for disputes between trip participants or for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address a material violation of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. We will post the revised terms here and update the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
